Project Overview: Royal Oaks Village
The Royal Oaks Village is set to become a beacon of hope and community spirit in Hollister. Covering an expansive 7.64 acres, with 3.7 net acres dedicated to development, this project is a testament to what thoughtful urban planning and community-focused initiatives can achieve. The development will feature 73 multi-family units, including 36 designed explicitly for farmworker housing, addressing a critical need in our agricultural region.
Located along Watsonville Road, south of Monterey Road, the site was formerly known as the Royal Oak Mushroom Farm. This transformation from farmland to vibrant living space highlights the innovative spirit of the Bay Area, blending heritage with forward-thinking development.
