One of our most recent achievements was our work on the San Mateo High School Auxiliary Gym Replacement Project, a six-month undertaking that required precision, expertise, and full compliance with California’s rigorous building standards.

This new construction project was overseen by the Division of the State Architect (DSA), which ensures that K–12 public schools and community colleges are built to meet the highest safety and accessibility standards. Our team worked closely with project stakeholders to deliver painting solutions that were not only visually appealing but also compliant with all DSA regulations.

Our Scope of Work Included:

• Painting all interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, doors, frames, and exposed structural steel
• Applying a high-performance Tnemec coating to exterior structures for enhanced durability
• Installing anti-graffiti coatings to protect the building’s exterior from vandalism
• Ensuring skilled and trained professionals provided all labor with the proper certifications for DSA-approved projects
